Main Ingredients
- 20g glass noodles
- 🧅 30g onion
- 🥒 20g zucchini
- 🥕 20g carrot
- 🍄 30g enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 0.5 tbsp baby soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Brown rice oil for frying
步骤
Soak the glass noodles in water for 30 minutes.
Finely chop the prepared vegetables.
Heat a pan with brown rice oil and sauté the chopped vegetables.
Boil the soaked glass noodles for 4 minutes, rinse under cold water, and drain.
Cut the cooked noodles into small pieces using scissors.
Season the noodles with baby soy sauce and sesame oil.
In a bowl, combine the noodles, sautéed vegetables, and eggs. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
Heat a pan on medium-low heat with brown rice oil and pour the mixture thinly onto the pan.
Once the bottom is cooked, fold the mixture in half and cook both sides until golden brown.
