Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 2 blocks soft tofu
- 🧀 1 slice cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- A dash of sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
步骤
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
Add 1/2 tbsp of salt to the eggs and whisk again.
Add 2 blocks of soft tofu to the egg mixture and gently combine.
Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring occasionally like making scrambled eggs.
When the eggs are slightly cooked, tear the cheese slice and add it to the mixture. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper.
Serve rice in a bowl, top it with the egg mixture, and drizzle a dash of sesame oil.
