Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 💧 2 cups water
- 🥕 2 tbsp chopped carrot
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
步骤
Finely chop the carrot and onion. You can use other vegetables based on your preference.
Prepare 1.5 cups of cooked rice.
Add the chopped vegetables and 1 tbsp sesame oil to a pot.
Sauté the vegetables slowly over low heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the cooked rice to the pot.
Pour in 2 cups of water using the same container used for the rice.
Increase the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer while stirring continuously.
Continue cooking until the liquid reduces and the porridge thickens.
Beat 1 egg and pour it into the pot in a circular motion.
Immediately stir the egg into the porridge to combine.
Serve the porridge warm and garnish with a pinch of sesame seeds.
