- 🍆 1 medium eggplant
- 2 pieces okra
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp miso
步骤
Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise, then slice into 1.5cm thick pieces. Rub okra with salt, rinse with water, remove the stem, and slice diagonally into 1.5cm pieces.
Mix the ☆ ingredients (mirin and miso) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add eggplant and cook until both sides are browned. Add okra and stir-fry briefly.
Add the ☆ mixture to the pan and stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
