Main Ingredients
- 87g ground pork
- 🍆 1.5 eggplants
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 A handful of green onion
步骤
Remove excess blood from the ground pork using a kitchen towel.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté green onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add the ground pork to the pan and stir-fry with sugar and cooking wine. Use 0.5 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp cooking wine.
Add chili powder and black pepper to the pork and continue stir-frying. Use 2 tbsp chili powder and a pinch of black pepper.
Push the pork to one side of the pan, add soy sauce to the empty side, and let it caramelize slightly. Use 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Finally, add the eggplants and oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry until the eggplants are tender. Use 3 tbsp oyster sauce (adjust as needed).
