步骤
Cut off the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand. Place them in the center of a sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the foil tightly.
Place the foil-wrapped mushrooms on a baking tray and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes. Open the foil, drizzle with ponzu sauce, sprinkle bonito flakes, and place the butter in the center.
