Main Ingredients
- 5g agar threads
- 🦐 60g boiled shrimp
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥜 1 tbsp peanuts, roughly chopped
Dressing
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Soak the agar threads in plenty of water to rehydrate, then drain well.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain. Julienne the carrot. Roughly chop the peanuts.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil). Add the agar threads, shrimp, carrot, and onion, and toss to combine.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts to finish.
