- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
Fermented Foods
- 1 pack natto (50g)
- 60g kimchi
Toppings
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 500ml hot water
