- 80g grated daikon

步骤
Cut the new potatoes into quarters and soak them in water. Drain and pat dry. Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and pan-fry for about 5 minutes until crispy. Plate the potatoes, top with grated daikon, and drizzle with ponzu sauce.
