Vegetables
- 90g burdock root, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
- 1/2 clove ginger, minced

- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp potato starch

- Enough salad oil for deep frying

Thinly slice the burdock root, soak in water, and drain. Mince the green onion and ginger.

Heat salad oil to 170°C and deep-fry the portions for 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
