- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍠 1 sweet potato, cut into sticks
- 🥕 1 carrot, cut into chunks
- 🍅 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp salad oil for frying
- Enough salad oil for deep frying
- 200cc sake
- Enough water to cover ingredients
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf
- Chopped Italian parsley, as needed
- Dill, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
- 🧂 Salt for finishing, as needed
步骤
Cut carrot into chunks, onion into thin slices, green onion into thin diagonal slices, tomato into wedges, and sweet potato into 1cm sticks.
Deep fry sweet potato at 170°C until crispy and drain excess oil.
Blanch beef briefly in boiling water and drain.
Heat salad oil in a pot, sauté onion until soft, then add carrot and stir-fry. Add beef, bay leaf, and salt, and stir briefly.
Add sake and cook off the alcohol. Add water to cover ingredients, bring to a boil, skim off foam, cover with a drop lid, and simmer on medium-low heat for 8 minutes.
Remove the drop lid, add fried sweet potato and green onion, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt, add tomato, and simmer briefly. Serve and garnish with parsley, dill, and black pepper.
