- 500g pork ribs
- 🍚 sufficient amount of rice
- a pinch of chili threads
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 paper cup pear juice
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- a pinch of pepper
步骤
Remove the bones from pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces, and score them. Soak the pork ribs in cold water for over an hour to remove blood.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate the pork ribs in the mixed seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
Add the marinated pork ribs and seasoning into a pan and simmer until the liquid is fully reduced.
Serve the cooked ribs over rice, garnish with chili threads, and enjoy.
