- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Sauce
- 🧈 10g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic

Pat dry the salmon fillets, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden. Flip and cook the other side similarly. Remove from the pan.

Using the same pan, add the garlic sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat until slightly thickened.

Plate the salmon and drizzle the garlic sauce over it.
