- 🍜 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
Seafood
- 🐚 200g purged clams
Vegetables
- 🌿 1 tsp dried wakame
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Liquids
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 300ml water
