- 10cm (250g) yam
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Condiments
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- Pinch of pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cooking wine

- 1 tbsp salad oil
步骤
Cut yam into 1cm slices after quartering lengthwise. Thinly slice onion. Seed and chop bell peppers. Mince garlic after removing its core.
In a bowl, mix shrimp with cooking wine, salt, and pepper. Massage gently.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add shrimp and stir-fry over medium heat until they turn white. Remove from pan.
Using the same pan, stir-fry yam and onion over medium heat until onion softens.
Add bell peppers and stir briefly. Return shrimp to the pan and mix in soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
