- 🐚 200g clams (pre-purged)
Vegetables
- 110g lotus root, sliced
- 50g maitake mushroom
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- Minced parsley, as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步骤
Wash clams by rubbing shells together and drain excess water.
Peel and slice lotus root into 5mm pieces, soak briefly in water, then drain. Separate maitake mushrooms by hand.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and lotus root, stir-fry over medium heat.
Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam for about 3 minutes until clams open.
Add maitake mushrooms, stir briefly, then season with soy sauce, butter, and salt and pepper.
Plate the dish, garnish with parsley, and optionally serve with lemon.
