Syrup Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
步骤
Wash the peeled garlic under running water and trim off the root ends.
Pat the garlic dry with kitchen towels.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, then add the garlic once the oil is hot. Fry until golden brown, stirring with chopsticks to ensure even coloring.
Remove the fried garlic and place it on a plate lined with kitchen towels to absorb excess oil.
In a pan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and cooking oil. Heat without stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add the fried garlic, sliced almonds, and black sesame seeds to the syrup. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
