- 🍚 2 cups rice
Vegetable
- 2 pieces ginger
Protein
- 1 piece fried tofu
Seasoning
- To taste white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 To taste water

Wash the rice and drain it in a colander.

Cut the ginger into thin strips.

Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and cut it into 1cm cubes.

In the rice cooker, add the rice and all ingredients except water. Add water up to the 2-cup mark and mix well. Spread the tofu and ginger evenly on top and cook as usual.

Once cooked, mix the rice thoroughly. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
