Vegetable
- 1 burdock root (60g)
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400 ml water

Peel and thinly slice the burdock root. Soak it in water to remove bitterness.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the burdock root until fragrant.

Add sake, chicken stock powder, salt, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil.

Add dried wakame directly into the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
