- 1/2 burdock root, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bag mizuna, cut into 4cm pieces
Protein
- 4 slices ham, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Mix all dressing ingredients (ground sesame, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil) in a bowl to prepare the dressing.

Thinly slice the burdock root and soak it in water. Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces. Slice ham into thin strips.

Boil water in a pot, drain the burdock root, and cook it for 1–2 minutes. Combine all ingredients and mix well with the dressing.
