- 🦐 6 shrimp, peeled and deveined
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg

- Sufficient amount of salad oil for frying
步骤
Thinly slice the burdock root using a peeler, soak in water, and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Peel and devein the shrimp. Sprinkle with a small amount of sake (optional) and let sit for 5 minutes. Trim the tails diagonally and make 4 shallow cuts on the belly side. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Coat the shrimp in flour, then beaten egg, and finally the sliced burdock root.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Fry the shrimp for 2 minutes until golden and crispy.
