- 1 can golbaengi (sea snails)

- 2 tbsp chili powder
- ✨ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Drain the golbaengi (sea snails) from the can and prepare them.
Cut the golbaengi into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the onion, chives, and green onion by chopping them.
Combine soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and chili powder in a pan. Simmer on low heat until the mixture starts to bubble.
Add the golbaengi pieces to the pan and stir-fry until they are well-coated with the sauce.
Add the chopped onion, green onion, and chives to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly softened.
Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture and stir well to combine all ingredients.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fry for added texture and flavor.
Serve the stir-fry over a bowl of steamed rice.
