Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g chicken breast, skinless
- 🍀 100g green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasonings
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame
- Pinch of pepper
步骤
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into thirds.
Pierce the chicken breast with a fork several times.
Place the chicken breast, green beans, and sake in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on to finish cooking with residual heat. Drain excess liquid and shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, ponzu sauce, ground sesame, and pepper. Add the green beans and chicken, then toss to combine.
