Main Ingredients
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
- 🌱 200g shelled green peas
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 100cc water
步骤
Shell the green peas and remove the seeds.
Clean the peeled shrimp by removing the vein, washing, and patting dry. Mix the shrimp with the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, ginger) and let sit for 5 minutes. Coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add green peas and shrimp, stir-frying until the shrimp turns white.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, chicken stock, water) and mix briefly. Cover with a lid and steam for 5 minutes. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
