- 🧀 30g pizza cheese

- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion (55g)

- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
步骤
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Slice the green onion thinly.
Place the green onion and dried shirasu evenly on each bell pepper half.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the bell peppers on it. Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly over the peppers and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
