Main
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
- 🥝 1 kiwi
- 🥬 3 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dressing
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🥚 1 tbsp mayonnaise
步骤
Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds. Thinly slice the red bell pepper. Tear the green leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Make 4 cuts in the thick parts of the chicken thigh. Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cook for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, and let cool. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange the green leaf lettuce, red bell pepper, chicken, and kiwi on a serving plate.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad.
