- 🍗 1 chicken breast, skinless (250g)
- 1 mentaiko (50g)
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
- 1/4 sheet nori
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 50g mizuna
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket for stuffing.
Mix mentaiko with mayonnaise in a small bowl.
Stuff the chicken pocket with the mentaiko mixture, cheese slices, and nori.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and place the stuffed chicken breast.
Mix sake, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl and pour over the chicken while cooking.
Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
Serve hot with mizuna on the side.
