Scallion Mayo
- 🧅 8 cm minced scallion
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper

Mince the scallion. Cut the cabbage into 3 cm squares and slice the carrot into thin wedges.
