- 1/4 sheet roasted seaweed
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut the green onion into 4 cm pieces.

Place the green onion and seasonings (gochujang, sesame oil, salt, and pepper) into a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

Tear the roasted seaweed and place it on top of the green onion mixture. Sprinkle pizza cheese over it and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
