- 1 piece konjac (250g, pre-treated)
- 5 shiso leaves
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🧅 5cm minced green onion
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp chili paste

Cut diagonal grid patterns on one side of the konjac. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Slice the shiso leaves thinly and mince the green onion.
