- 🐟 200g mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 4 shishito peppers
- 🍆 2 eggplants
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Marinade
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 💧 3 tbsp water
步骤
Season the mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and pan-fry the mackerel fillets until golden brown on both sides.
In the same pan, sauté shishito peppers and eggplants until tender.
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl: sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, dashi powder, sliced chili, and water.
Combine the cooked mackerel and vegetables with the marinade in a dish and let it sit for 10 minutes.
