Fish
- 2 cleaned Pacific saury (220g)
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, julienned
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut the Pacific saury in half and sprinkle both sides with salt. Pat dry with paper towels.
Mince the green onion. Thinly slice the myoga. Julienne the shiso leaves and ginger.
Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the green onion, myoga, shiso leaves, and ginger, and mix well.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil spread thinly using a paper towel. Place the Pacific saury in the pan over medium-low heat and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
Plate the Pacific saury and pour the aromatic sauce over it.
