- 🐖 200g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants (240g)
- 2 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 80cc water
步骤
Cut off the eggplant stems, peel them into stripes using a peeler, and slice into 1cm thick rounds. Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Mix the marinade ingredients (☆) in a tray.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork slices and cook until browned and fully cooked, flipping occasionally. Remove pork and add eggplant, cooking for about 2 minutes while flipping.
While still hot, add the pork and eggplant to the marinade and let soak for 3 minutes. Flip and soak for another 3 minutes.
Plate the dish and garnish with shiso leaves.
