Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (160g) of red fish
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Miso Sauce
- 3 tbsp white miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
步骤
Sprinkle both sides of the red fish fillets with salt and let them sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Mix white miso, mirin, and sake in a bowl to create the miso sauce.
Place the red fish fillets in a tray and coat both sides with the miso sauce. Cover with thick kitchen paper and press gently. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half a day.
Wipe off the miso sauce from the red fish fillets.
Line a frying pan with foil. Place the fillets with the side that will be on top when served facing down. Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes until browned, then flip. Cover with a lid and steam for about 2 minutes until cooked through.
