食材
Main
- 🍢 1 piece (200g) tofu steak
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), grated
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Thickening
- 1 tbsp starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步骤
Grate the onion to make grated onion.
Cut the tofu steak into 1cm thick slices.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, place tofu slices, and cook for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally until crispy and golden brown. Remove from pan.
Wipe the pan lightly, add grated onion and seasoning ingredients (ginger, sake, mirin, soy sauce), and cook over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 minute. Add starch mixture to thicken the sauce.
Plate the tofu steak, pour onion sauce over it, and garnish with chopped green onion.
