Guacamole Ingredients
- 🥑 2 avocados
- 🍅 6 chopped cherry tomatoes
- 🧅 1/4 chopped onion
- 🍋 1/4 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步骤
Remove the pit and peel from the avocados.
Chop the onion and cherry tomatoes finely.
Juice the lemon and measure 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
Mash the avocados in a bowl and mix with the guacamole ingredients to make guacamole.
Toast the bagels in a heated pan.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
Assemble the sandwich: Spread guacamole on the bagel, add baby greens, top with shrimp, and sprinkle crushed red pepper.
