- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade hamachi
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered

- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
步骤
Trim the roots of the kaiware sprouts and cut them in half. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the garlic.
Slice the hamachi thinly at an angle.
Heat olive oil in a pan over very low heat. Add the garlic slices and fry until golden brown. Remove the garlic and let the oil cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the cooled olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Arrange the kaiware sprouts on a plate, place the hamachi slices on top, and garnish with cherry tomatoes and fried garlic. Drizzle the dressing over the dish.
