Rice
- 🍚 2 cups of soaked rice
Seafood
- 2 tbsp dried hijiki
- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

Soak hijiki in plenty of water, then drain. Julienne the carrot.

In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.

Top the rice with carrot, hijiki, and shirasu, spreading them evenly. Cook using the regular rice setting.
