Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Seafood
- 13g dried hijiki
Vegetables
- 🥕 40g carrot, julienned
- 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 5 green beans, sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100ml water
步骤
Soak dried hijiki in a bowl of water until rehydrated, then drain.
Boil the tofu for 5 minutes, breaking it into pieces, then drain.
Prepare the vegetables: julienne the carrot, slice the shiitake mushrooms, and cut green beans diagonally.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry hijiki and tofu until moisture evaporates.
Add carrot and shiitake mushrooms to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Add seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and sliced fish cakes. Bring to a boil, cover with a drop lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add green beans, stir, and simmer for another 1-2 minutes with the drop lid.
Remove the lid and stir-fry over medium-high heat until excess liquid evaporates.
