Main Ingredients
- 🐄 150g thinly sliced beef
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), peeled and cut
- 🧅 1/2 onion, cut into wedges
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, peeled and cut
- 🌱 5 green beans, trimmed and cut
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
步骤
Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water for 3 minutes, and drain. Cut the onion into wedges, peel and cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces, and trim and cut the green beans into thirds.
Place the potatoes, onion, and carrot into the inner pot, layer the beef on top, add the seasoning ingredients, and cover with a scum-removing sheet. Cook in a slow cooker on high mode for 3 hours.
Remove the scum-removing sheet, stir the ingredients, add the green beans, and let sit covered for 30 minutes. Serve in bowls.
