- 🐟 140g horse mackerel (filleted)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, minced
- 200g daikon, sliced
- 1 myoga, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 400ml water
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp sake

Mince the green onion. Slice the daikon and myoga.

Finely chop the horse mackerel using a knife.

Mix horse mackerel, minced green onion, and ☆ seasonings in a bowl. Divide into 6 portions and shape into balls.

Add daikon and ★ seasonings to a pot. Bring to a boil, then add the tsukune balls. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes until fully cooked.

Dissolve miso into the soup. Serve in bowls and garnish with sliced myoga.
