- 🧈 1 block (300g) firm tofu
步骤
Place the tofu on a microwave-safe plate and wrap it with kitchen paper. Heat in a microwave at 600W for 2 minutes without covering with plastic wrap.
Place the tofu on a tray and wrap it with kitchen paper. Put a flat plate or weight on top and let it sit for 30–60 minutes.
Boil a pot of water and add the tofu. Once it boils again, simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Drain the water and let the tofu sit for about 15 minutes.
