Main Ingredients
- 350g tofu
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 stock cube
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Yeondoo seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
步骤

Slice tofu into 1cm thick pieces evenly.

Chop green onion into small pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté green onion until fragrant. Add minced garlic and stir to create aromatic oil.

Add chili powder, Yeondoo seasoning, soy sauce, and gochujang. Stir well to combine.

Pour in water and add the stock cube. Bring to a boil.

Add tofu slices and skim off any foam. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
