Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Herbs
- 2 shiso leaves
Namero
- 🐟 100g fresh sardine (sashimi grade)
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 1 myoga, minced
- 🧅 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp miso
- A dash of soy sauce
Dashi
- 💧 150ml water
- A pinch of dashi powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Mince the ginger and myoga, and slice the green onions.

Combine all Namero ingredients on a cutting board and mix by chopping repeatedly.

In a microwave-safe container, mix all Dashi ingredients, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

Serve cooked white rice in a bowl, top with shiso leaves, Namero mixture, and pour the dashi over.
