- 🥔 1 potato, 150g
- 7 pieces pickled plum
- 5 shiso leaves
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Flour
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

- Ponzu soy sauce, to taste

Peel the potato and cut it into thin strips.

Remove the seeds from pickled plums and chop finely. Cut shiso leaves into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix natto, potato, flour, and natto sauce. Add cheese and mix well.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, spread the mixture into a round shape, and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
