Main Ingredients
- 🦪 180g shucked oysters
- 2 taro roots (100g)
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🧅 100g onion
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 200cc milk
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
For Preparation
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Seasoning
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
步骤
Rinse the oysters and coat them with potato starch. Rinse again to remove impurities.
Peel and cut the taro into bite-sized pieces. Boil them for 5 minutes to remove bitterness.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
Add taro and spinach to the pan. Sprinkle flour and stir well to coat the ingredients.
Pour in milk and water, stirring constantly. Simmer for 10 minutes until the stew thickens.
Add miso and mix well. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve the stew in bowls and top with soft-boiled eggs.
