- 🥑 1 avocado
- 1/2 bag mizuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍅 4 mini tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces, slice onion thinly against the grain, and soak in water. Drain well. Quarter the mini tomatoes.
Peel and cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces, then drizzle with lemon juice.
Cut katsuo into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Add katsuo and avocado to the seasoning mixture and marinate for 10 minutes.
Arrange mizuna and onion on a plate, top with the marinated katsuo and avocado, and garnish with mini tomatoes.
