- 400g acorn jelly
- 1 cup aged kimchi
Kimchi Seasoning
- 0.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 sheets seaweed
- 1 handful chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
Acorn Jelly Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
步骤
Cut the acorn jelly into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds. Gently mix to season the jelly without breaking it.
Chop the kimchi into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Add 1 handful of chopped green onion, 0.5 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds, and 2 sheets of crumbled seaweed to the kimchi. Mix thoroughly.
Place the seasoned acorn jelly in a serving dish and top with the seasoned kimchi mixture.
