Main Ingredients
- 100g kimchi
- 1/3 bunch chives
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 120cc water
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
步骤
Cut the chives into 3cm pieces and roughly chop the kimchi.
In a bowl, mix all the dipping sauce ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame seeds).
In another bowl, beat the egg, then mix in water, flour, and chicken broth powder.
Add the chopped kimchi and chives to the batter and mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour half the batter and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip and add the remaining sesame oil, cooking for another 3 minutes.
Cut the pancake into pieces, plate, and serve with the dipping sauce.
