Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧈 2 slices butter
- 🧀 150g pizza cheese
- 🥬 3 stalks kimchi
- 🍖 5 slices ham
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍅 5 tbsp tomato spaghetti sauce
步骤
Chop the kimchi and vegetables into small pieces.
Sauté the chopped kimchi, ham, and bell pepper in olive oil, then set aside.
Mix the cooked rice with one egg in a bowl.
Melt butter in a frying pan over low heat.
Spread the rice mixture evenly in the pan and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
Add the sautéed kimchi, ham, and bell pepper on top of the rice.
Spread tomato spaghetti sauce evenly over the toppings.
Add pizza cheese on top and cover the pan with a lid.
Check occasionally to ensure the rice base is not burning and add extra butter if needed.
Once the cheese is melted, turn off the heat and serve.
